Some helpful Herbs:
Sider: can be drank in water or to be used for body wash.
Sider Honey: Can be mixed with water and drink or to be taken as it is.
Indian Qustos: you can make it powder and sniff it, or mix it with honey and take a spoon early morning. it can be used like tea or coffee.
Olive oil: to drink or to rub the body specially before bed.
